Why do I get an “Export to Catalys TCA” error message?

This is typically caused by incorrect USB drive assignment or a corrupted thumb drive. The Catalys exporter software may also require reinstallation. 


Solution:

  • Confirm the thumb drive is securely connected to the USB port.

  • Ensure the drive is listed as D: drive; exports will fail if it has another letter assigned to the drive.

  • If the error persists, check for drive corruption or reinstall the CATALYS exporter software.
