Why am I unable to export to Planner?

Exporting to Planner can fail if the USB thumb drive is not inserted correctly, is the wrong type, or if the necessary licenses are inactive. 


What to do:

  1. Ensure the thumb drive is properly inserted into the USB port, unplug and plug again.

  2. Confirm you are using the correct encrypted thumb drive.

  3. Go to Settings > Licenses and check that DICOM and CSPS licenses are active. If any license is expired, contact Cassini Premium Support for assistance.
