Exporting to Planner can fail if the USB thumb drive is not inserted correctly, is the wrong type, or if the necessary licenses are inactive.
What to do:
Ensure the thumb drive is properly inserted into the USB port, unplug and plug again.
Confirm you are using the correct encrypted thumb drive.
Go to Settings > Licenses and check that DICOM and CSPS licenses are active. If any license is expired, contact Cassini Premium Support for assistance.
