Why am I unable to export to FLACS (Catalys/LENSAR) or why is the export button grayed out?

Exporting to FLACS requires an active LENSAR/Catalys license and a high-quality scan. 


What to do:

  • Go to Settings > Licenses and confirm that your LENSAR/Catalys license is active. If the license has expired, contact support@cassini-technologies.com.

  • Check the FLACS quality factor if it is Yellow, the export button will be disabled. Ensure the quality factor is Green before exporting.
