This usually happens when there is a license issue, power connection problem, or a USB driver issue. You can try the following checks:
1. Check licenses
- Go to Settings > Licenses and verify that your SMART/TCA licenses are active.
- If a license has expired, please contact support@cassini-technologies.com for renewal.
2. Check device power
Make sure all power cords are firmly connected.
Confirm that the green light on top of the Cassini head is ON. If it is OFF, reconnect the power cord.
When power is reconnected, all LEDs should flash ON/OFF quickly (self-test). If they do not, please contact Cassini Premium Support.
3. Check USB connections
Ensure the camera’s USB cord is securely plugged into the back of the computer.
3. Device Driver Issue
Open Windows Device Manager (Press Windows + X ).
Check for any driver errors under Universal Serial Bus Controllers or Ports (COM & LPT).
If errors appear, run Windows Update to install pending USB drivers. If issues persist, please contact Cassini Premium Support.
