What to do if I get 0% Anterior/Posterior LED and Focus during calibration?

Created by Aamir Riaz, Modified on Sun, Aug 24 at 11:15 PM by Aamir Riaz

This can happen if the calibration tool isn’t properly in place or the glass surface isn’t clear. To fix it:

  1. Make sure the calibration tool is tightened securely and Ensure, the calibration tool is not loose.
  2. Clean the glass part of the tool.
  3. Place a clear thumbprint on the glass and try the calibration again.
