This can happen if the calibration tool isn’t properly in place or the glass surface isn’t clear. To fix it:
- Make sure the calibration tool is tightened securely and Ensure, the calibration tool is not loose.
- Clean the glass part of the tool.
- Place a clear thumbprint on the glass and try the calibration again.
