This condition is typically caused by one of two factors.
- Double check the quality factors, make sure there is none with a yellow triangle. If so, please re-scan the patient.
- It may also be an expired license. In the Cassini software, navigate to the Settings > Licenses and ensure that CSPS license has not expired. If the license is expired, renewal of your license or Cassini Care agreement is necessary.
