Why do I get a “Green” check mark when exporting to LENSAR Laser, but the images don’t appear on the Laser in the OR?

This issue is typically related to network connectivity or QSYN application status, not the Cassini software itself. 



Solution:

  • Verify that the workstation has an active internet connection.

  • Check the QSYN application status(if Installed by Lensar). A Green status confirms connectivity between Cassini and the Laser.

  • If QSYN displays a Red X, escalate to LENSAR tech support, as Cassini cannot access the Laser remotely.
