This issue is typically related to network connectivity or QSYN application status, not the Cassini software itself.
Solution:
Verify that the workstation has an active internet connection.
Check the QSYN application status(if Installed by Lensar). A Green status confirms connectivity between Cassini and the Laser.
If QSYN displays a Red X, escalate to LENSAR tech support, as Cassini cannot access the Laser remotely.
