Why am I unable to export to the DICOM server or EMR?

Exporting to DICOM or EMR requires an active DICOM license in the Cassini software. 


What to do:

  • Go to Settings > Licenses and check that the DICOM license is active.

  • If the license has expired, contact support@cassini-technologies.com for assistance with renewal.
