Why is my computer slow or freezing while using Cassini software?

Slow or freezing performance can happen when other programs or system processes are using significant computer resources. 


What to do: 


1. Check background processes

  • Open Task Manager to see which applications are using CPU, memory, or disk resources.

  • Note: Antivirus software running in the background can slow down your computer.


2. Check Windows Updates

  • Sometimes Windows updates run in the background and use system resources. Allow updates to finish or schedule them for a convenient time.
