The latest Cassini software is only compatible with Cassini Ambient Generation 3 devices (device IDs starting with CA3xxx).

If you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 device and want to upgrade to a Gen 3 Cassini Ambient, please contact sales@cassini-technologies.com for upgrade options.
