Is your device not turning ON?

If your device is not turning ON please check the following things before contacting our Premium Support:


  • If AC adapter is properly connected to wall socket.
  • Check AC Adapter cable.
  • If you are able to see a Green Light on the top of the Cassini, then your device is turning ON.
